Whoohoo, that was a cool road trip.
Crossing some of the most impressive french mountains in the Alps, such as Col du Galibier, 2600m altitude.
Route des Grandes Alpes - they call it.
Yeah, it’s a grand experience.
And not to forget the Parfumes of the Provence. Natural essences. Feel blown away by Verveine, Vanille, Cèdre, Vétiver, Fleur d’oranger and many more.
In terms of physical accomplishment, the trip wasn’t that big.
Riding a bike on this route is way more demanding than driving my campervan. Even though I felt like two and a half mountain tops and 180km of narrow, winding roads per day is enough.
Just enough to peacefully enjoy a bunch of crevettes with a glass of my favourite rose wine from the Cotes de Provence.
And still, to me, this trip meant a lot. Read redefining PERMAnent.
The résumé is:
The agility of the mind comes with PERMAnent practice. Willfully put your small self out there to train to expand beyond your comfort zone. Accept that nothing is permanent.
The agility of the mind is here to make space for your Grand Self!
So enjoy, with me, some moments like these.
Cheers,
