Hej there,
I am back from a short break, a much-needed retreat.
Hiking. Rushing waterfalls. And the sound of the hunting hawks.
Cappuccino drinking. Eating at a restaurant - whoohooo!
Sometimes everything gets a bit hectic here. Especially for people, like me, who are quite sensitive when it comes to r energies and how to ground, clear and harmonize them.
Time to retreat for me means time to think deeply but also let the mind wander freely.
Here are four really hard questions for you. They might be tricky to answer, but your work will benefit:
What's the part that you constantly disregard? It's a part that craves your attention. It even keeps coming back to you again and again. But you keep on resisting. Not wanting to look at it.
What's the part that consumes most of your energy? Emotional "waste" is produced throughout the process of getting things done. We often lack to put out the garbage. That is to clear our system intentionally. Therefore, identify the steps in your work and practice that can be made lighter.
How much whitespace is there in your calendar? If we looked at your calendar, do have you enough whitespace to learn, reflect and integrate to give your mind uninterrupted processing and wandering time? Time to notice what you notice. Time to retreat.
Is it worth it? Look at the three answers. You might have a better idea of what is in the way of approaching your work with more ease and clarity. Does the process of the work you are doing – for those you serve and for you – support what it will take to get there?
Sunny vibes to you 🌞
