High voltage - Beware of death! is a strong warning signal that most people understand and refrain from willingly expose themselves.
High voltage might also be the lifestyle of extreme alpinists or high-frequency crypto traders.
But high voltage can also be lived well as a normal human being.
The most direct way to live well at high voltage is to break through your inner fence and create new inner structures helping you to master your personal energy. Then you can truly BE free.
This inner structure, that had become a golden cage, was once in place to protect me. 30 years later it became the number one obstacle to living a good life.
So here is a list of 13 habits of a Personal Energy Master who endures a high voltage life:
Beware of life. Especially in the beginning, too much positive energy could potentially stress your system, causing it to recreate stories of drama. Your ego loves the familiar feeling, which is not high voltage, and will want to stick with the old.
Do Pause. Consciously take time off - from 30 seconds to 30 months. Your system needs pausing to integrate the learnings. Think of nature, which also has its cycles and rhythms. Read more.
Scan your body. To release blocked energy in our system, we need to develop a very fine-grained feeling of how our body feels. Which parts are online? Which are offline? And how can you reconnect the offline parts?
Learn how the brain works and how insignificant it really is. Accept that, for example, the body sends about 4 to 9 times as many signals to the brain than the other way round. Listen carefully to your body.

Clearing. To keep our system healthy, secure, online and high performing, we need to do regular housekeeping procedures. An effective and simple way of clearing is to consciously choose to take a (cold) shower and wipe off all that shit that is still attached to us. Consciously watch how it flows down the drain.
STOP action. If you are feeling overwhelmend, what is your STOP action to prevent yourself from negative-spiralling or drama-looping? This could be as nuturing as baking a Banana Bread or going for a walk. Important is that you STOP by intentionally acting with determination and doing something to disrupt the pattern.
Feel the expansion. For 5 minutes shake out all your bodyparts and dance around wildly. Be playful. Then stand still for 1 minute and feel deeply into the pulsation of your energy. How far out can you still feel the expansion of your energybody? 15cm? 1m? 3m?
Harmonize. Learn about harmonizing masculine and feminine energies and how every human being has and needs both of them.
Go into expression. Instead of asking yourself the WHY-questions stop over-analysing. Stop reasoning. Stop making up bullshit stories. Go into expression and ask yourself: „What am I consciously choosing to bring into expression right NOW?“
Establish rituals. For all of this, establish rituals that help you create and hold space to train. You will have to re-condition your body to a new mind.
High voltage living is slow! Give yourself at least 6 months to become a Personal Energy Master. Even better is a year.
